FAQs

Does my child need to be potty trained?

No. Our staff will be on hand to change nappies and when the time is right, they’ll help your little one learn to use a potty/toilet :)

How do you prepare the pre-school children for school?

Our daily activities and invitations for play cover the EYFS 7 areas of learning (communication and language, personal, social and emotional development, physical development, literacy, mathematics, understanding the world, expressive arts & design). This means your child will be experienced in the key concepts and skills they need to flourish in Primary School. We also encourage independent eating , toileting, hygiene and general cleanliness.

Is the snack or lunch provided?

We offer snacks to all of our children (this usually consists of milk, water, fruit and crackers) but you will need to provide a packed lunch if your child is joining us full time.

Are the session timings flexible?

We try to be as accommodating as possible to all of our parents but for many reasons we do have to stick to fixed drop off and pick up times. Working within this framework, we can potentially mix and match days and sessions to suit your schedule. If you have any special requests, just let us know and we will see what we can do!
